The alarm of Elaine's neighbor causes some grief in a couple of ways. Once again, Kramer swoops in to help Elaine and suffers for it from electrocution to a damaged slicer for which he has very strong feelings. This is a fun episode, although I think Elaine's plot is probably the weakest. Enjoy!
