Elaine's friend, Audrey, is told by Kramer that she needs a nose job. George, who is dating her cannot get past the size of her nose, so he encourages the nose job as well. Elaine is recruited by Kramer to help him retrieve the jacket that holds the power to attract women. JLD is involved in a good chunk of the episode, but not with any worthwhile comedic substance. Underused yet again!
