In the first half of this iconic episode, we see so much solid comedy, but JLD isn't the one delivering most of it. Nevertheless, she does very well teeing up the others for their funny moments. When Keith Hernandez shows interest in her towards the end of this half, we know there will be a lot of Elaine in the next half. Part one is full of brilliant comedy and a breakout performance by Jerry Seinfeld.
